When I try to install the program either via Creative Cloud or a separate dmg file - I get an error in the start of installation (which is at 42% in Creative Cloud).Īll I get is: "There was a problem Installing Photoshop CC (2015)" When I try to get more information on the error encountered all I get is a blank page - Therefore, there is no error code to identify. I am considering getting PS CS 2015 but don't know whether that would be a smart decision if the trial version won't even run on my mac. However, I still haven't resolved anything.
I know this is an old problem and I've read multiple other threads with the same or similar issue.
I've tried, unsuccessfully, to install the trial of Photoshop CS(2015) for damn near two days now. I have installed the Adobe Illustrator Trial without any issues.
I am running OS X El Capitan 10.11.4 on a Macbook Pro.
